I am running the tech side of Daturians (daturians.com). Web3, blockchain development using Solidity and JavaScript stack (React. Next.js, node.js, Hardhat, mocha).

Behavioral neural data (EEG, EMG) analysis using Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques in Python, Matlab. Working with NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, scikit-learn, matplotlib.

I contributed to the CMS experiment data processing operations and development. My responsibilities covered testing, debugging, deploying and fixing various components of the experiment’s data processing system; implementing new features of the monitoring and workflow management tools; administration of CentOS 7 VMs; managing Oracle DBs. Software development in Python and Bash. Used Jenkins for automated testing of the experiment’s data processing configurations.

I was a member of a team developing and supporting SUDO and PowerBroker privilege management tools. My responsibilities included data analysis, remediation of privilege commands, Bash scripting, Linux administration.

Last fall I started studying MSc Neuroscience at the University of Freiburg. I already went through an intensive data management, data visualization and data analysis courses using Python and Matlab. In the upcoming summer semester I am going to put my focus on computational neuroscience.

Erasmus+ exchange semester in Las Palmas. My studies were focused on Linux system administration. I worked with CentOS, RH High Availability Add-on, Conga.

My Bachelor was a multidisciplinary degree. First two years covered an introduction to Computer Science, Nature Sciences and Mathematics courses. The 3rd and 4th year were focused mostly on specific Bioinformatics subjects and the Bachelor thesis.
