Key responsibilities: Find methods to effectively manage the product backlog. Improve clarity of communication between customers and Development Team Monitor sprint progress and remove impediments to team productivity Communicate progress and impediments to customers Coach both the Development Team and Customer in Scrum best-practices to ensure frequent and consistent product delivery Ensure that Scrum Ceremonies are run according to Scrum guidelines
