- Supervise and support a team of 8 engineers involved in 4 different projects for customers such as Alstom, Skoda, HESS, Komatsu... - Distributing the workload and participate in the mechanical solution architecture of the high voltage battery (cells disposition, structure, hydraulic system, sealing…) and validate all outputs (3D models, Drawings) before delivering to customers. - With the company direction, set up the development plans of the team and the training needs.

- Depending on the coupling (series / parallel), define an arrangement of the cells (LTO/NMC) that respects the size of the battery and provides the desired power. - Propose a structure carrying the cells, respect fire resistance, maintainability, water tightness in accordance to the standards in force. - Propose a cooling system which ensures efficient cooling, and the pipe connection and passage. - Define the location of the electrical components and the passage of the cables.
