- Management of the OCS project (occupant classification system), in the field of driver/occupant monitoring, following Forvia seating process. - Coordinate between all stakeholders: Sensing expert, Software, data analyst, validation, ecodesign, marketing, IP… - Risk identification and mitigation as well action plan follow up. - Make sure that the product performance is in line with OEMs requirements and regulation/safety evolution (FMVSS, EURONCAP…).

- AMDEC analysis, FTA. - Development and design of the chosen solution using the CAD tools (CREO AND INVENTOR). - Work in interaction with the electronic department to prepare the mechanical impact drawing used for the PCB routing, and on the other hand with the industrialization department to guarantee an optimized assembly. - Making parts and assembly drawings according to the ISO dimensioning and the stuck-up analysis. - Managing the CAD files using PDM Link Windchill 10.0 (Product Data Management).

- Editing aircraft certification dossier (frame calculation, panel stringers calculation, specific parts…) for airbus programs A319, A320, A321, A330 and A400M. - Working on SRM calculation (structural repair manual) dossier for A321program. - Modeling aircraft assembly parts and launch finite element calculation on Patran / Nastran and Hypermesh. - Static and fatigue analysisof nonconformities (concessions)to validate repairs on the structure.

- Review with customers to define the need and discuss possible solutions. - Design of the final solution on SOLIDWORKS. - Making parts and assembly drawings according to the ISO dimensioning and the internal standards. - Attending meetings with production managers before launching the product in manufacturing. - Follow the product in the manufacturing chain; help the dimensional control and assembly departments.
