Provide Design, Plan and execution strategies for Contact Center and Telecom solutions.

Providing technical leadership for Consulting & IT Managed Services Projects, aided Client in managing UC infrastructure. Actively participate on multiple project activities and provide support to BAU operations as well. Provided Design, Plan and execution strategies for complex task on live network such as DC migration, commissioning/decommissioning activities, IP remediation changes on core lineup, Hybrid VC calling setup, VC Unit Migration from On-Premises to WebEx Cloud and IPT Infra Migrations etc.

Configuring and lead the design and deployment of Unified Communications infrastructure services. Providing technical lead support as L3/L4 to Large-Scale multi cluster UC infra dispersed globally. Assisting clients in the daily maintenance of video/audio, voice infrastructure as Tire 3 SME resources. Administrating Servers such as CUCM, CUC, UCCX, Cisco IM & Presence, Prime Collaboration suite, Cisco Telepresence /MCU/TPS, VCS, TMS, IVR, Meeting Place, Auto Attendant, and Cisco WebEx Cloud Services etc.
