-Build a data center facility business ecosystem in north Africa via creating and maintaining a good relationship with contractors, consulting companies and resellers. -Support key data center projects from a technical perspective within Arabic speaking and French speaking countries. -Provide technical trainings to internal staff and sales teams about solution selling points. -Organizing and leading workshops about technical aspects during marketing events.

- Manage the technical team of MEP engineers and develop their knowledge on data centers design. - Supervise and ensure the progress of projects and - Design / monitor strategic projects in order to guarantee the profitability of business. - Contribute to the development of commercial offers.

- Size, design and select HVAC infrastructure solutions for datacenters. - Draft data center facility specifications and technical consultations. - Lead and manage datacenter deployment projects. -Analyze and solve complex problems to guarantee continuity and high availability of service. - Advise and guide internal clients. - Establish execution files. - Evaluate and audit the performance and capacities of the Datacenters. - Manage Datacenter environment capacities and hosting files.

- Manage and interpret customers requirements. - Coordinate sales projects. - Monitor projects implementation. - Design of HVAC Systems and technical proposals.
