Extensive background developing, implementing, and measuring strategic and business planning initiatives and processes for business expansion of Alfanar Group around the Globe. Implementation of the Board approved plan of investing for minimum 51% stake (approx USD 400 – 450 mn) for the planned 2 GWs of Renewable Energy Projects and arranging Private Equity for balance equity requirement (approx USD 380 – 400 mn).

Leading the entire efforts from Identifying Investment opportunities, financial & legal Due Diligence, finalizing bid tariffs for competitive bid submission to Identifying potential DFIs, MFIs, Pension & Insurance Funds, finalizing key lending terms for lending.
