A.I.B via Fujitsu - Short-term Contract - Service Desk Agent and also managing hardware area. Role similar to Danone role previous to this - dual role, one part general technical support desk for the internal and branch AIB staff and the other part was managing the Pc and peripheral’s orders and delivers for all the head office and branches in Ireland.

Short-term contract: On-site I.T. Helpdesk for over 150 user’s. Supporting Lotus Notes and Office 2010, as well Danone specific applications.

Internal Technical Support for CIS - CRM Support, Training, Installations for Customers of CIS.

Provided Helpdesk support for the Harvey Norman staff in all the stores throughout the country. Logging calls and dialling onto the stores computers and resolving issues while staff on the phone. (while in Australia) ( October 2005 – December 2005 and 3rd April – 26th May 2006 )
