Evaluated and managed the integration of innovative group collaboration technologies into the development of the new MCIM Innovation Center at Fusionpolis.

Established and developed the business into one of the top 3 board games cafes in Singapore. Implemented various CRM initiatives such as membership program, email marketing, corporate blogging and monthly board games sessions to engage the customers. Implemented online marketing through the use of SEO, Google Adwords and Facebook Ads.

Designed and propose a web analytics framework for measuring and optimizing online marketing campaigns through the use of Google Analytics. Analyzed and proposed recommendations to optimize the Listerine Singapore brand site.

Successfully launched 2 new products which were use in research and residency education in various top hospitals. Managed multi-functional teams to ensure timely launch of new products to the market. Developed various innovative tools for use in medical education and in 3D visualization. Filed 2 patents and published 1 academic paper in Medicine Meets Virtual Reality 2006.

Proposed and implemented a web-based reporting system which enables the users to remotely access and analyze the production data, resulting in an improvement in the workflow. Developed the applications using J2EE platform and Oracle Database.

Employed as a part-time software developer during my study period at Nanyang Technological University. Designed and developed various innovative educational software projects for educational institutes. Projects were featured in the Straits Times on 15th Jan 2000 and 15th July 2000. Developed the applications using ASP and Microsoft SQL Server.
