1. As project manager of a partnership-based project: project management planning and progress control; organize resources from both companies; report to both R&D center heads; closely work with stakeholders involved; risk / feasibility / root cause analyses; cost analysis and control. 2. As lead mechanical engineer: noise and vibration control of product, fan system design (CAD & CFD), condensate-evaporation system design, test and result analysis, and supplier targeting.

(I) Mechanical design: developed a high-shear-rate rheometer and a nondestructive measurement mechanism of mold cavity pressure. (II) Polymer processing: achieved fast replication of superhydrophobic polymer parts. (III) Scientific research: 8 first-author papers, 1 nation-scale award (Portfolio)
