•BP & rolling forecast, variance analysis, find root reason and get solution •Standard cost calculation compares actual VS standard cost (APC VS PPC) and forecast •Support month end closing and responsible plant performance report, P&L monthly and yearly analysis •Plant KPI report and analysis to management, variance analysis and elimination •Inventory and material analysis; stock taking •Support sales quotation especially for Non-standard product project &R&D project profit analysis

According to central audit directive, complete site internal control plan and actual audit action, focus on commercial department, also mention HR & IT. 2016-2017 support and complete 3 companies’ internal control in TT China. In ZB plant with commercial manager together review FIN/PUR/LOG/QMM/IT department process, improve process of Signature & Approval/ AR& AP/ Purchasing/ Sales/ Stock in & out, guide and support QMM to complete claim process, finally retrieve about 0.3 Mil loss and avoid further risk.
