Responsible for the design, implementation, and management of study abroad program in Germany which included establishing contacts, organizing speakers for academic meetings, coordinating logistics, student counselling, and supervising German student assistants. Designed and instructed a seminar on developing intercultural competence.

Responsible for assisting the Cultural Attaché with the planning and organisation of U.S. expert speaker engagements in Germany in the areas of domestic, foreign, and economic policy. Duties involved collaboration and coordination with academic institutes, embassies, think tanks, and German-American institutes throughout Germany. Carried full responsibility for an annual budget of $120,000 and handled all related administrative tasks.
