- Extracted and cleaned updated E-commerce data from Nielsen database using Nielsen Answers. - Prepared monthly market performance reports featuring on sales metrics on all categories for our client, one of the leading B2C online retailers in China. - Produced Nielsen E-commerce monthly newsletter.

- Assisted in organizing centralized training programs aimed at improving Sales Satisfaction Index and Customer Satisfaction Index for the dealerships of our client, one of the world's leading automobile companies. - Maintained contacts with managers engaged in our training programs via e-mail or phone calls, including confirming contact information, collecting data and arranging schedule. - Assisted in the evaluation and analysis the performance of our training program conducted in 2013.
