Implementation of user-centred web-based solutions to a mixture of governmental and non-governmental organisations, adhering to ISO9000 approved operational procedures and following a PRINCE2 methodology. Significant Influence and input into all project approaches. Provision of strong hands on technical consultancy at all stages of the project.

Design, development and delivery of bespoke and cost effective solutions to a broad range of clients with varying requirements. Fostering and Supporting existing client relationships and assisting the Business Development Director in introducing improvements and upgrades to existing solutions.

Development and management of the company’s Cross Media Booking System and E-CRM focussing on a number of core business departments. Development tasks included a number of financial reporting applications (Discount Analysis, Market Share Analysis, Sales Activity) for a number of their conglomerate companies (Pearl & Dean, Primesight).
