William Valencia

Since 2019, I have focused most of my professional activities on the development of Workshops implementing methodologies such as Lego Serious Play, Design Thinking, Canvas, and others, and in the development of Leadership Schools under the Conscious Leadership approach of Fred Kofman, developing more than 100 workshops, with an average of eight (8) hours each, impacting more than 1000 people in different companies.

I lead the management with clients, structuring and implementing projects of both public and private origin, in the development and implementation of strategic training, services and support programs in organizations. We managed to increase the turnover from $220 million COP to more than $1,800 million COP, (USD$102.000,00 to USD$621.000,00), reaching the highest growth in recent years.

I worked leading a team of more than 200 multidisciplinary professionals, we done the assembly, structuring and dissemination of 9 programs of labor competencies in IT, from basic to advanced levels, the project was carried out within the framework of the Vive Digital strategy of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Government of Colombia. We train more than 24,500 citizens in 9 months. Project Budget $3.6 billion COP, (USD$1.240.000.00).

I co-directed the project developed in the Ministry of National Education of Colombia, for the Reduction of Gaps in Labor Competencies, I focus on the dissemination and communication strategy. We impacted 300 officials employees with a high acceptance level of the target group. Project Budget $185 million COP, (USD$85.000,00).

I directed the development of the Institutional Training Plan ITP 2016 in the Superintendency of Ports and Transport of Colombia, we trained more than 150 officials employees of the entity in 5 different areas both missionary and support, developing more than 20 training programs in just 3 months. Project Budget $180 million COP, (USD$57.000,00).

I led the team of professionals with whom we structured the Road Safety Education Programs for Educational Institutions of Bogotá, under the supervision of the Secretariat of Mobility of the Capital District. More than 1,400 teachers from public and private institutions were trained. Project Budget $782 million COP, (USD$248.000,00).

I led a multidisciplinary team of professionals, formed to develop a training program in Road Safety for Traffic Assistants on Site in the city of Bogotá. 1,730 transit assistants were trained. Project Budget $700 million COP, (USD$222.000,00).

I supported and supervised “Caquetá Bilingual Project” in the administrative processes, control of expenditure and teacher training results in the department of Caquetá. 1400 teachers trained from level A0-A1 reaching level B1 of the Common European Framework. Project Budget $3.6 billion COP, (USD$1.142.000,00).

I led the team of professionals and support staff for the development of study and analysis of standards of consumption, time and movements of the Garment Factory of the Revolving Fund of the National Police of Colombia. A new plant distribution model was proposed that improves production times by 20% and reduces the level of waste by 5% compared to historical budgets. Project Budget $125 million COP, (USD$39.000,00).

I formed, guided and led the team for the structuring, design, development and implementation of courses in road safety aimed at teachers of Bogotá D.C. 10 virtual learning objects were designed, the face-to-face training model was developed and a training pilot was carried out for 140 teachers. Project Budget $240 million COP, (USD$100.000,00).

Guide the team of professionals and support staff in charge of structuring the update the model of the movable and immovable property information system of Kennedy Mayor's Local Development Fund. The information was collected on more than 240,000 goods and 15 real estate properties and their valuation was updated. Project Budget $280 million COP, (USD$145.000,00).

I led a multidisciplinary team that structured, implemented and evaluated the Generational Relay program and preparation for the retirement of officials workers from the Direction of National Taxes and Customs DIAN. I achieved the assembly of the Knowledge Management model in the entity. 800 officials of the entity were impacted and 10 lines of investigation were created in fiscal and customs matters. Project Budget $900 million COP, (USD$467.000,00).

I coordinated and led a multidisciplinary team to evaluate the Orange Wave Strategy – Mobility Mission for the Mobility Secretariat of Bogotá. Project Budget $220 million COP, (USD$124.000,00).

I developed the thematic plan of the chair of computer science for grades 10 and 11, managing to increase the level of knowledge of the students of the course significantly

I designed and implemented the update model of the Database of movable and immovable property of the Direction of National Taxes and Customs DIAN. A multidisciplinary team of 100 people was led to carry out the collection of information of more than 270,000 movable assets and 95 real estate nationwide, the book value of the assets was updated and the respective accounting reconciliation was carried out. Project Budget $1.1 billion COP, (USD$575.000,00).

A specialized team of economists, econometricians and lawyers I led to support the liquidation process of the former Institute of Transit and Transport of Barranquilla, Metrotránsito in Liquidation, for the valuation of the portfolio of Traffic Tickets of the entity and advice on recovery alternatives. A portfolio of more than COP 300 billion was valued. Project Budget $150 million COP, (USD$156.000,00)

I supported the liquidation process of the former Secretariat of Transit and Transport of Bogotá, Fondatt in Liquidation, leading a specialized team among economists, econometricians and lawyers, for the valuation of the portfolio of Traffic Tickets of the entity and advice against the recovery alternatives. A portfolio of more than COP 800 billion was valued. Project Budget $250 million COP, (USD$122.000,00).

I led the team of professionals who trained Fondatt in Liquidation within the framework of the Conciliation Diploma. 40 professionals were certified as conciliators. Project Budget $56 million COP, (USD$27.000,00).

I led a team of 20 students of the UMNG in their practice of judiciary to opt for the title of Lawyer in Law, through the execution of the process of Substantiation of Administrative Acts carried out in the area of transport investigation of the Superintendency of Ports and Transport of Colombia. More than 20 thousands of processes were substantiated. Project Budget $230 million COP, (USD$112.000,00).

I led the team that designed the commercial model that guaranteed 100% of sales of movable property destined for the disposal of Fondatt in Liquidation. Lot of approximately 15 thousand movable assets. Project Budget $36 million COP, (USD$16.000,00).
