Planning and Coordination of establishment of Business in Brazil, including implementation of international accounting standards in USGAAP, HGB(BILMOG) and IFRS. Management Activities: interim management, cash management, controlling and reporting activities, including Advisory Services, in Business Advisory, Tax and Finance activities in Brazil. Responsible for the implementation of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), manages operations of clients in different locations in Brazil and Latin America.

Managing activities of existing engagement of German Business Center; - Business development activities: presentation, proposal and pursuit for acquisiton of new international clients. - Development of strategic solutions for Global Players either settled in Brazil or willing to enter the Brazilian market. - Developement of cross selling activities between service lines to support clients’ needs and expectations; - Clients profile diversified in size, complexity and sector of activities.

- Coordination and leading of project in advisory services in "Fraud, Investigation and Compliance Services". - Leading projects in auditing of international and local clients in German GAAP, USGAAP and also IFRS standards. - Clients profile diversified in size, complexity and secto of activities, e.g. Acal GmbH, Burkert GmbH & Co KG, Fujifilm Deutschland GmbH, Gelita AG, HeidelbergCement (DAX 30), Koemmerling AG, Lauster GmbH.
