Lead the development and implementation of audit standards, methods, and programs, ensuring quality assurance, compliance, and timely delivery of reports. Collaborate closely with regional management as a key audit partner, providing guidance on projects, testing, and audit setups to achieve departmental objectives. Foster constructive relationships between internal audit and management, lead special assignments, and design financial analytical tools to enhance efficiency across departments and regions.

 Lead a team of auditors for projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.  Liaise with Management across relevant regions to support the annual planning process for improved efficiencies.  Ensure appropriate effort is being made on the field to the planned project, monitor team quality, and coordinate team assignments.  Lead and perform special assignments and examinations.  Identify and document best practices in business processes and internal controls, including ICFR and corporate governance.

 Plan and perform operational and financial audit engagements covering EMEA.  Report on the reliability, accuracy, and effectiveness of operations, control systems, compliance with policies, local and international regulatory requirements, and FCPA.  Conduct special evaluations of legal, tax, financial, and organizational performance  Conduct special audits/examinations.  Regularly assess, implement, and maintain financial audit programs.  Present reports and recommendations to key Sr. management.

 Conduct and led several audit and consulting engagements for local and international clients.  Wide exposure to different industries with clients in the textiles, technology, electric, electronic, airlines, retail, and banking fields  Broad exposure to various local and international frameworks (IFRS, PCAOB, COSO/COCO, etc.)  Develop fraud investigation skills and training materials.  Led teams of 3 to 5 employees and ensured compliance with Deloitte’s audit methodologies.
