Helping CFA (http://christforasia.info/), an organization that provides food, housing, and education to former and current street kids in Cebu City, Philippines. Worked with (former and/or current) street kids in Cebu City, Philippines, tutoring them in various subjects: Mathematics, computer use, piano/keyboard playing. Coached employees and other volunteers.

Managed a team of project managers, software development and quality engineers to develop storage applications used in major enterprises. Coordinated project team members across three different sites. Coaching colleagues, managers, and external clients. As a co-leader of the HP Coaching Network (2010-2013) supported various internal coaching programs (e.g. for sales directors) by coaching participants myself and by selecting & assigning other internal coaches from the network.

Managed the development and deployment of a SAP-based application to improve the planning and delivery accuracy of HP’s worldwide multi-billion professional services, outsourcing services, and customer support business.
