The Quality Brands Protection Committee (QBPC) is a platform protecting the Intellectual Propertxy Rights (IPR) of foreign brand owners in China. The Automotive Industry Working Group under QBPC, however, consists of 33 member companies, both automotive manufacturers and suppliers. The platform carries out joint intelligence sharing, joint investigations and enforcement, public awareness campaigns at automotive fairs, training for Chinese enforcement authorities, consultancy for members and other services.
