As an environmental engineer in the position of Technical Director, I have the responsibilities to: • evaluate the environmental impact of the project that will implement create plans to protect and restore the environment during and after the project has been implemented • handling domestic and international regulations and guidance relating to developing the environmental regulatory framework for construction projects explaining the technical requirements to the engineering team

As a civil site engineer, some of the responsibilities I had: • Implementing, interpreting, updating and checking technical designs, drawings and quantities of the project • Day-to-day management of the site, including the work of any subcontractor • Providing technical advice and solving problems on site • Supervising all the processes of construction • Preparing: monthly Bill of Quantity; schedule of material used and available; daily reports and filling in other paperworks

Part of technical team as engineer consultant and designer of many projects implemented in Albania. •Perform civil design analysis and calculations according to project requirements. • Prepare environmental Impact Assessments for project designed. •Use AutoCAD software to develop designs.

Part of the project "Float the Drin river", a project from Polytechnic Institution of Worcester, US and Water Supply and sewerage Association of Albania.

A project from World Bank. On Site work for updating the water supply network. Responsibilities: Collecting data on field and processing them on AutoCAD to update the maps of the water supply network and the water sewerage network
