-Provide system & SW quality assurance for new product development (ADAS) according to ISO26262, ASPICE & APQP. -Perform ASPICE assessment, SW release audits, random process audits and work product reviews. -Ensuring the resolution of QA nonconformities, and ensure quality risks transparency by agreed escalation mechanism. -Regularly report project quality status report. -Provide trainings related to ASPICE, System/SW Engineering Process and Functional Safety.

-Lead and develop a System and SW quality team and provide quality assurance for all product development projects according to ASPICE and APQP. -Communicate SYS & SW quality matters with customer for new development projects. -Manage project top issues and escalations, lead the problem solving in case SW causes the issue. -Report quality key process indicators on regular basis to executive management. -Manage internal and external ASPICE assessment and drive process improvement

-Quality management and control for electronics device development according to APQP and CMMI. -Drive DFSS tool in projects, such as FMEA, QFD, FAM & DRBFM etc, lead and moderate FMEA. -Conduct PPQA audit according to CMMI and drive process improvement. -Moderate and lead quality gate evaluation and ensure adherence to quality gate rules. -Perform production process audit for D sample and/or ISVA. -Lead problem solving in use of 8D method. -Provide training related to CMMI, V-model, PEP and DFSS.

-lead a project team for new product development. . -Manage the whole product project life cycle from concept phase to project closre. -Manage project risk, project cost, product price and product change. -Manage and effectively resolve customer complaints. -Monthly report project status including quality risks, cost and led time to project sponsor. -Lead CMMI project to improve the organization product development maturity level.

-Participate requirements analysis, architecture design, and interface definitions, SW implementation, integration, SW build and release. -Be in charge of work product review, baseline management, version control and change control and problem resolution.

-Participate software architecture design, module design, and interface definitions, coding. -Testing --Software unit test. --SW test --System test

-Lead technician team for regular maintenance of the relay protection system. -Engaged in industrial control system’s install and calibration -Design the secondary protect system (low voltage) for high voltage power deliver system
