Taking a new role of Head of Sales Strategy & Business Development for complete Cytec Product line, while still working as Head of Sales APAC. Head of Sales Strategy & Business Development is responsible for organizing the Cytec Group's Business Development globally, reporting to the CEO of Cytec Group. Key activities: Discover the next Cash Cow for the organization. Lead the identification of new capacity/potential projects in the field of machine tool/mould tooling/FSW application worldwide.

Recruited into global role as sales leader overseeing all APAC accounts, including north America for this leading provider of machine tool technology including Swivel Milling Head, and Mill-Turn Rotary Unit and various Clamping Systems. Identify business opportunities and drive customer-focused process from request for information (RFI) to closing contracts. Hands-on in providing technical expertise to engineering to ensure each new project align with customer expectations and requirements.

Be accountable to deliver the agreed turnover, margins, and service level budgets for the company, including the management of the regional P&L (including operational costs, EBIT, pricing strategy recommendations). Have overall responsibility for sales (including the customer experience regarding pre- and post-sales support). Support strategic deals and initiatives and act as the figurehead for the region. Have overall responsibility for business risk assessments for the business in the region.

Currently, leading 3 major dealers in Mainland China, South Korea Japan and one subsidiary in Taiwan with more than 20 salesmen. Identify business opportunities, drive and manage RFI, RFQ and tender processes and negotiate, secure and close contracts Establishing and maintaining a high sales call volume with Director, Vice President and C-Level executives Meet prospective clients for presentations and actively organize speaking opportunities in your designated sales region
