• Conducted meetings for psychological assessments of around 16 patients to decide on the medical treatments. • Implemented group games to enhance the sociality of the patients' between 14:00-16:00. • Supervised the 2 new interns to adapt the building, patients and service staff. • Managed the 20 patients of the upper floor too as earned the trust of the staff.
