I was handling the project management role for Healthcare domain. Our main goal was to see a smooth data collection for the ad-hoc studies that came in from clients.

Managed all project task - questionnaire design, Link testing, fieldwork management, reporting and charting. Management of quantitative and qualitative studies. Experience in management of CAWI, Focus group discussion and In-depth interviews. Worked on different RFQ's for budgeting and bidding of projects using appropriate tool. Hands on experience across various Ad- hoc and tracker projects. Worked on various challenging online panel studies within strict timelines.

Tracking the performance of a client’s portfolio of brands in the US CPG market by monitoring purchase behavior across product categories and bench marking the same against key competitors. Using panel data to help client better target customers by segmenting customers based on purchase behavior. Managed multiple ad-hoc requests to better understand their target audience by monitoring consumer behavior, to get insights into brand choice, brand switching behavior, loyalty drivers etc.
