 Product Design and Development of Oil and Coolant lines, Brackets in engine design for AMG powertrain department.  DMU check for proper clearances and tolerance as per required & study of assembly access & sequence of individual components.  Creating new 2D drawings & modifying existing drawing of Oil and Coolant lines for respective car line as per MBRDI standard.  Managing the day-to-day operations of team, ensuring that everyone is on the same page with regard to new input and priority objective

 Involved in NPI, CPI, VPI, CPI servo motor projects.  Creating Concept Models and Creating Engineering Models of rotor, shaft, stator & housing, etc.  Part design, Assembly, Detailing using UG NX.  Assembly the parts and check for interference.  Presenting new servo motor design & queries in team review meeting.  Creation of Bill of material for the Assembly.  For requested ECR necessary changes are done in design to requested component & ECO released to Engineering change management.

 Involved in new product development projects.  Creating Concept Models and Creating Engineering Models.  Part design, Assembly, Detailing using UG NX.  3D to 2D conversions & detailed drawing preparations.  Ensuring the Quality of the Output data according to standards.
