Telefonica Transmission Point of Inter-Connect ALPHA Rings and Fiber to the Node Multi-Project in North-East of Deutschland, on behalf of EQOS Kommunikation GmbH. -Total Scope 1500 Router/DWDM build and integration and 350 expansions. -Build and integrate 323 routers and close more than 110 expansions. -Build and Integrate 120 active and passive CWDM/DWDM Filter and close more that 57 expansions.

Telefonica and E-Plus GU7 Consolidation Project in Deutschland, on behalf of Nokia Solutions and Networks Deutschland GmbH. -Jun 2017 – Jun 2019: Rollout and Integration Manager for west and north of Deutschland with 1645 sites. -Jan 2017 – Mai 2017: Technical Implementation Project Supervisor 400 sites in Leipzig and Halle. -Jan 2016 – Nov 2016: Planning and Preparation Project Coordinator for 4 Activation Areas, 100 sites in Berlin.

 Manage daily O&M activates for Cellular Circuit & Packet Switching Network "CS & PS", and IP Backbone "IPBB".  Responsible for running a multi-vendor network Ericsson, NSN, and Huawei and solve all incompatibility problems.

 Manage Core Network Unit activities to achieve Operation and Maintenance "O&M" tasks for Cellular Network of 10M Subscribers.  Lead of a distributed team over 3 regional and 1 central offices with total headcount of 35 Engineers and 3 Supervisors.  Responsible for Cellular Circuit & Packet Switching Network "CS & PS", IMS, Radio Access Network Controllers RNCs/BSCs, and Value Added Services "VAS".

 Supervise Cellular Network Switching Subsystem "NSS".  Design and execute MPLS IP Backbone and integrate it with the CS network to carry both SigTran and Voice Traffic.  Design, implement, and operate a CS network of 3M subscribes.  Operate a multi-vender network (Siemens and Ericsson).  Prepare and execute network preventive maintenance tasks.  Extensive experience in SigTran & SS7 protocol Stack, international roaming and NSS operation & maintenance.
