Take ownership to manage UK Office’s recruitment campaigns to deliver end to end recruitment service by using best practice method, whilst continuously striving to improve strategies and staff retention. Work closely with Senior management team to capture business needs/changes and provide HR solutions. Managing daily enquiries on performance management and ER issues; Working with HR Director on redundancy and redeployment.

Work as EU central contact point in HR department; Establish personnel service platform to guide and provide personnel service to employees across all EU countries; Ensure all employment transactions consist with global HR policies. Manage EU full cycle of expatriate i.e expatriate and repatriation transactions including Policy, redeployment plan, assessment and selection, contract preparation, reimbursements, performance/training plan, and provide info to admin dept to provide relocation assistance, etc.
