Responsible for the build-up of a new legal entity in Daimler U.S.A market. Working in the major disruptive fields around mobility while creating and implementing new business opportunities. Focus on execution and company building of new standalone business models by using lean startup methods for Daimler corporations in U.S.A market.

Responsible for the build-up of a new legal entity strategy and conceptual competence in developing incubation processes and projects. To establish internal & external networking to maximize and utilize existing resources for company innovation topics. Successfully implemented the Startup Autobahn program that accelerated 9 projects between business units and startups in the areas of autonomous drive, in car health care, EV charging robots, warehouse logistics, customer services & finance services.

Took the high strategic initiative to build and launch the first IT Innovation Lab (iTech) & Big Data team from scratch while maintaining additional IT Aftersales responsibilities. Pioneered and focused on new trends of digital and data technologies, led an inspirational team with innovation processes and methods. Built the bridge between Daimler and China digital giants, startups and universities. Transforming Daimler China to digital innovation with “new image” of IT.

Managed IT systems for after-sales businesses that includes demand management, service delivery & operation support for MB Cars, Trucks & Parts logistics in China.

Service Part Management @China project is the implementation of central/global logistics processes and templates for China market, which focuses on 17 scenarios in 3 major areas (Planning, Fulfillment and Warehouse management) with SAP system.

Responsible for OME program management. Operation Model Europe (OME) is an IT Infrastructure standardization and central services outsourcing projects for Sales and Financial Service Organizations in Europe (22 markets). Defined projects roadmap and resource plan. Monitored and controlled program performance, resolved cross-projects issues and conflicts.

Responsible for providing IT shared services in China (18 locations in 7 cities), which includes infrastructure, office automation, security & Helpdesk support. Implement the standard process to provide the stable, reliable & scalable IT infrastructure, services to business unit and drive continuous improvement of daily operations.

Built and operated IT SSC (Services Share Center) in China, including office automation, data center, information security and global standardization projects that includes 6 JVs.
