PhD student (assessment year) in the field of environmental biotechnology at the Institute for Ecopreneurship at School of Life Sciences (HLS) FHNW in Muttenz. In the area of environmental biotechnology first a 3D-printed model of bioactive bacteria and second the improvement of the degradation of water pollutants has to be investigated.

During application time I was working in temporarily in various locations and job profiles. I gained and improved experiences in food industry, catering, stagehand and as service employee.

Master thesis in molecular biology, mouse genetics, and cell biology. The aim of this study was to determine some regulatory mechanisms of Tcf21 during postnatal lung development. It was shown that the disruption of lung lipofibroblast formation leads to aberrant lung alveologenesis. Skills as animal husbandry, induction by tamoxifen, immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, genotyping, and microarray data analysis were achieved in this project.

Bachelor thesis in biochemistry, cell biology and immunology. The aim of this work was to determine the effect of γ-irradiation in structural and functional properties of splenic cells response. "Effect of gamma irradiation in the structural and functional properties of splenic cells response" Mice model in vitro, PCR, ELISA, AFM and Raman analysis. Using γ-irradiation of mice splenic cells to evaluate the effect to a better induced immune response by several techniques.

The main activities were synthesis of amino acid derivates and peptides using solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) such as cleavage, purification, and isolation steps of the process.
