Implemented the Bar Splitting Histogram algorithm in Java for filter selectivity estimation on streaming data, as part of Dynatrace's research into approximate query processing. Conducted a comparative performance analysis against two state-of-the-art algorithms, DynaHist and KLL-Sketch, evaluating memory footprint, query latency, and estimation accuracy across synthetic and real-world datasets. Results highlight trade-offs between accuracy, memory efficiency, and latency across all three algorithms.

Worked as a backend developer in an agile team responsible for the Settings module of the Dynatrace platform. Contributed to sprint cycles by fixing bugs and writing unit tests with JUnit, following CI-compliant development practices. Developed a React plugin acting as a compatibility adapter between the legacy and new Dynatrace platform versions.
