Als Search Advertising Lead SMB for the German and Spanish speaking Markets I am fully accountable for the end to end Search Business. As main focus under my responsibility is to grow Search Revenue in those markets with a Strategy across the Mid-Market Ecosystem which will allow us to drive a healthy Marketplace while partnering with local Organizations, Partners and Stakeholders.

* Leader and Manager of the Spanish Sales Team, including setting revenue targets. * Owner and fully responsible of the E-Commerce business plan, strategy market growth and yearly revenue of ciao.es * Accountable for the activities and Sales Revenue generation of the Advertising Display of ciao.es * Direct Management of Premium Clients and Top Agencies * Responsible for creating and mantaining a strong relationship and ongoing collaboration with our Stakeholders in Microsoft Spain
