As part of my master's thesis, I developed a thermal 3D simulation model (Star-CCM+) to analyze thermal runaway risks in HV batteries. From the simulation results, I derived quantitative voltage thresholds for the on-board diagnostics of the "Neue Klasse," directly contributing to vehicle safety improvements.

Enhanced NVH testing capabilities by designing, building, and deploying a new test rig. Identified structural weaknesses using FEM simulation (Simcenter 3D) and designed an improved concept in CATIA, tripling the effective measurement range to 1000 Hz. The rig is now used for acoustic optimization of "Neue Klasse" components.

Bachelor's thesis on the topic: Development and validation of an 1D model for the thermo-dynamic simulation of rooftop air-conditioning systems for city buses.

I led the preparation and execution of climatic chamber tests for a new bus air conditioning prototype. My role included coordinating the project schedule, personally installing a complex data acquisition system with over 100 sensors on the test bus, and operating all measurement hardware. The data I collected was essential for successfully evaluating and validating the prototype's cooling performance.

Pioneered the use of COMSOL Multiphysics simulation to optimize a critical CDC coating process. My analysis identified the root cause of defects, and my work directly led to the company's acquisition of the software license and my training of the engineering team.
