I was responsible for the implementation and rollout of the software products and services into the client’s organization. This included managing the software development lifecycle and managing internal project. My responsibilities also included facilitating project kick-off meetings, documenting customer requirements, resource forecasting, developing project plan (WBS), overseeing the product development QA process and creating project status reports for the stakeholders.

My role within Deloitte & Touche as an IT Project Manager/ Senior Consultant has been to Support/Manage and Develop IT projects) in the Middle East. The way we perform our tasks, being organized and having a professional nature (Quality on Time & Budget), helped me to settle quickly into the business environment. I have worked within both the national and global business environments and therefore, this made me aware of the importance of building long - term client relationships.

• Managed the IT Support Department. Delivered a high quality, resilient, and responsive service to over 120 users. ( NT LAN, Client Server environment, MFGPRO applications ). • Managed all operational issues relating to the network, hardware/software including staff training and development. •Managed hardware/software integration, and hardware allocation.

• Assisted in the development and maintenance of a Windows based system software program for an accounting system. • Conducted quality control of the system software and documented problems and their solutions.
