• Assisting the project management team with cost, revenue and profitability controlling • Carrying out cost analysis of existing service operations by compiling and analyzing SAP reports • Performing plan and forecast calculations on a departmental level using SAP, Planview Enterprise Portfolio Management Software and SharePoint • Carrying out price calculation for GAP services, including technical and HR needs • Creating proposals for customers of GAP services in consultation with the service managers

• Providing project support with the global roll-out of the SAS-based planning solution “Allianz Planning Platform” with special focus on premium planning and reinsurance planning • Assisting the project team with the creation of business concepts for system expansions • Analyzing financial data using software solutions SAS FM and SAP BW • Plan data provision for the Allianz Group’s consolidation systems and developing an Excel-based data transformation tool to simplify and standardize this process

•Planning and preparation of firm events, presentations, fairs •Designing and maintaining official reports connected to marketing activities •Creating official financial reports connected to sales activities and performance •Assisting the management team with organizing and conducting customer presentations, sales meetings and partner conference •Taking responsibility for coordinated cooperation with various advertising and media agencies •Responsibility for optimization of administrative functions
