Improved quality (reduction of QCA’s by 52%, reduction of SCRAP by 22%)

Responsible for the worldwide project and product development of Wiper Systems Product Line for Sites globally in France, Germany, Poland, Mexico, Brazil, USA, Japan & China: • Devised 10-year technological development plan and productivity plans. Managed 185 employees • Reorganized the R&D on a worldwide basis to be more efficient and business focused (reduced headcount by 12%). Responsible for multi-site projects and teams. • Developed new advanced product range

Managed 150 employees: • Increased Sales from 30→38M€; Gross Margin increased by 30% during a market in crisis • Restructured and reorganized the Plant layout to improve workflows, automation of the lines and gain a workforce reduction of 15%, with reduction of DL & IL costs. Led SCRAP / TLR reject reduction 1.7→0.2%

Responsible for multi-site, global projects in Spain, USA, France, Germany, Poland, and Japan. Defined budgets, investments, and action plans: • Revolutionised a dying product range and won 17 new projects (370M€). Represented Valeo in front of the customer in all technical / programme management / commercial aspects. • Led the successful industrialisation of various systems through rigorous project management and control • Developed a strategy and new product line of high power / high efficiency motors
