I had the responsibility to ensure costumer satisfaction, distribute and answer letters and participate in counselling interviews with clients. In addition, i had the opportunity to engage in a project for the Deutsche Bank (How to make costumers into fans). Furthermore I helped customers at the desk and answered telephone enquiries.
