I have successfully delivered ERP/TMS/WMS solutions for various domains, such as FMCG, retail, logistics, and services. As a Senior Project and Program Manager I manage complex and large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, scope, budget, and timeline alignment. I also oversee the project portfolio and implement ITIL/COBIT standards and procedures for internal IT processes and teams. Additionally, I conduct business process analysis and optimization to enhance efficiency and performance.
