Development of bus body structures using FEA to meet defined performance targets, specifically for front, side & rear crash. Run baseline CAE analysis; summarize results and feedback conclusions to the Body Design Team & Program Leader in an efficient manner to develop solutions within defined deadlines and time constraints.

Support the analysis and counter measures of daily production quality problems. Work on improvements to long term production quality problems. Communicate quality problems related to current designs to complex group. Participate in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma certifications.
