Define and execute additive manufacturing roadmap and strategy for manufacture and repair of gas turbine and pump components. Define process and materials standards, and execute new product validation strategy for additive components. Develop and integrate supply chain for building, post processing, non-destructive testing, inspection and thermal processing of AM components.

2nd Deliver program to acquire capability of manufacturing high temperature and complex components using additive manufacturing. Advise on developing cost effective solutions for post-processing of additive manufactured components.
