Responsible for building a Sarbanes-Oxley (“SOX”) audit team and managing SOX control reviews across the Group function and the UK and Ireland operating businesses. Managed a team of six auditors.

Responsible for the day-to-day management, planning, performance and report delivery of risk-based audits within Finance and Operational areas across the operating businesses in the UK, Ireland and Germany.

Provided external audit and attestation services to clients across the following industries: software development, internet service, media, retail, professional services, travel and pharmaceuticals. Key clients and turnover: IVAX Pharmaceuticals £150 million; Heidrick & Struggles £100 million; Rosenbluth International £100 million; well-known privately owned British retailer £400 million.

Provided regulatory financial audit and operational audit services to clients across a diverse range of industries, including private education, healthcare, food services, retail and manufacturing. Significant clients and turnover: Career Education Corporation $335 million; Lindberg Company $120 million; Dainippon Screen America $245 million.
