- Overseeing projects from conception to delivery (adidas UltraBOOST, adidas advance concepts, YEEZY, Inhouse Development) - Generating and presenting new ideas to clients and the team - Delegating tasks and providing support for junior members in the team - Creating technical packages (Textiles & Footwear) - Half-based in Dongguan in-house factory for efficient project management - Research for new and innovative materials (e.g. yarns, lamination) - Staying up-to-date with industry trends

- Designing and co-developing knit uppers for adidas PrimeKnit - Proactively support technical solutions to creative teams, development teams and shoe factories - Creating technical packages - Half-based in Dongguan in-house factory to have effective communication with knit technicians - Research for new and innovative materials (e.g. yarns, lamination) - Evaluating test results for all materials and development samples

- Coordinating with vendors in Asia - Technical support to in-house Design, Merchandising & Production teams - Material/trims sourcing - Prototype quality inspection - Evaluating and checking product costs

- Responsible for restocking inventory - Support to Sales & Visual Merchandising Team
