Providing support for the Client: - TurkStream Project (South Stream Transport B.V. - 100% affiliate of Gazprom) in terms of Regulatory compliance, procedures for Commissioning and Start-up during Construction Phase (onshore/offshore) and smooth transfer to Operations Phase. Advisory to the Project team in a form of Expert's statements for various issues (Planning and Commissioning, Permitting, Licensing and reporting to authorities, Environmental legislation and wastes management).

Assisted to Asset Director with development plans and strategies to comply with short- and long-term objectives of Kharyaga PSA (Production Sharing Agreement). Coordination at affiliate level: Drilling, Workovers, Operations, Project with regards of Geosciences data and Macroeconomic environment for Long Term Planning (LTP) and Integrated Operations Planning. Acted as Project Administrator in a Change management (Cost culture & Delivery)

Was seconded by TOTAL as a sole Joint Venture representative (24/7) in a region (West Siberia, Russia). Possessed duties of Tender Committee member. Created Project’s Master Schedules (WBS, Critical path, S-curve, Control & Reporting) for Basic Design, FEED, Tendering, Construction and Commissioning. Developed Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Strategies that enhanced project delivery in terms of safety, schedule and cost.

Performed duties of Project and Field Operations support and advisory in HSE and Regulatory Affairs. Responsible for obtaining permits/approvals and licenses for the full range of E&P activities: Engineering, Construction, Commissioning and Start-up, Field Operations, Drilling, Workover and wells completion. Acted as an expert (licensing, HSE, regulatory affairs) during M&A of petroleum assets, including “due diligence” assessment
