Responsible for creating and implementation of the PR campaign and strategy for the brand, with the purpose of becoming one of the most popular streetwear retailors. Brought the brand to the top market recognition with numerous publications, with the highest % of total sales revenue compared to the competitors, and the largest market share -75%.

Provided PR and Marketing support to accommodate existing and newly launched partnership programs between the Company and the biggest national shopping malls (City Centre Shopping Center, City Shopping Mall, City Plus) in Kapchagay and Taldykorgan cities.

Organized press conferences with more than 40 journalists, proactively developed positive working relationships with media partners and sponsors. Analyzed efficiency of marketing and PR campaigns, with the following KPIs: an increased number of social media followers, number of media partners ready to participate in promo activities, ticket sales.

Developed promo concepts for products, coordinated production of promotional materials. Produced content, oversaw advertising, monitored sales. Conducted research on competition (services, prices). Participated in brain-storming sessions on new marketing and advertising concepts. Prepared reports, submitted them to the line manager.
