During my job at DataCheck Limited a credit bureau in Pakistan, my responsibilities included managing relational database management systems to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. I extracted data from FTP sources, transforming it to meet business requirements, and loaded it into target databases for streamlined processing. My role also involved collecting, cleaning, and validating large datasets, utilizing Power BI for data visualization and analysis.

During my role at HBL Pakistan, I leveraged Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization, enabling data-driven insights across various business functions. I supported the development of predictive and statistical models to enhance business processes and aid in strategic decision-making. With a strong foundation in data mining and exploratory data analysis (EDA) techniques. My collaborative approach with cross-functional teams allowed me to identify and implement data-driven solutions.

During my internship, I focused on advancing machine learning models, particularly in computer vision tasks. I trained, validated, and tested multiple YOLOv5 and YOLOv8 detection models to enhance detection accuracy and performance. Through detailed data annotation. Using Python scripting, I streamlined data preparation and manipulation processes, optimizing input data for model training. Additionally, I Utilize Computer Vision Annotation Tool (CVAT) to perform image augmentation.

At GOK, I gained hands-on experience in data analytics and data wrangling using SQL and Python, focusing on extracting valuable insights from complex datasets. I performed exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns, which informed predictive and descriptive analyses to support strategic decisions. Through these responsibilities, I developed practical data science skills that enhanced my analytical capabilities and contributed to data-driven improvements within the organization.

Currently enrolled in an MSc Data Science program at Arden University in Berlin, where I am delving into courses that cover a range of essential topics, including data analytics, business analytics, databases, and predictive modeling. Each module in this program is designed to equip me with practical skills in analyzing data, building predictive models, and interpreting complex datasets—skills that are essential in today’s data-driven world.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Electronics) from one of the reputable institute Bahria University, Karachi Campus, Pakistan, where I gained a strong technical foundation and developed a passion for data analytics. Throughout my studies, I completed courses in Digital Image Processing, Embedded Systems, Object-Oriented Programming, and Numerical Analysis, which strengthened my programming and analytical skills.
