As a recruiter I am a great listener. Everyone has a story about how they’ve grown, what they’re interested in, and what they aspire to be—as a Recruiter, it is my job to hear other people’s stories and guide them to their next chapter. This is an opportunity to impact the firm’s future by proactively identifying and evaluating candidates for our entry-level roles. I speak with candidates from all over Europe, listening to their stories and helping them find a good fit.

In this role I was responsible for providing great service, and had the ability to thrive in operational roles, along with being one of the main points of contact for our applicants throughout Europe! I served our candidates well, and got internal exposure through interactions with various members of the firm, across a variety of departments.
