Leading planning and project controls: Primavera P6 baseline and integrated schedules, CPM and critical path monitoring, EVM-based progress measurement, weekly/monthly reports to Client and management, schedule risk and gap analysis, recovery plans, change control and EOT support. Coordinating engineering, procurement and construction interfaces with subcontractors and the Client.

Vale Oman Pelletizing Company, Suhar. Developed and maintained the shutdown/turnaround master schedule in Primavera P6 with WBS-based, resource-loaded schedules across mechanical, electrical and instrumentation. Monitored critical path, issued daily status reports, generated CMMS work orders and prepared actual-vs-planned cost profiles and S-curves. Delivered multiple shutdown phases within agreed windows.

Haima West 150 MW Combined Cycle Power Station (PDO) and SLPG Salalah LPG Project. Developed multidisciplinary CPM schedules in Primavera P6; prepared WBS, resource-loaded schedules, cost profiles, S-curves and manpower histograms for client reporting. Reviewed subcontractor programmes, assessed EOT claims, chaired planning meetings and coordinated civil, mechanical and E&I planning. Delivered baseline schedules for both projects.

Vale Oman Pelletizing Company and PARCO Mid-Country Refinery shutdowns. Prepared shutdown schedules in Primavera P6, developed WBS-based resource-loaded programmes, performed resource levelling and monitored critical paths across master and contract schedules. Contributed to on-schedule completion of the PARCO Asphalt Blowing Unit shutdown.

GNPOC and Petro-Energy E&P projects, Sudan. Managed concurrent planning for power plant, transmission, tank farm, water treatment and pipeline projects; developed integrated CPM master schedules and weekly/monthly EVM reports. Prepared technical/commercial proposals and material take-offs, and coordinated material delivery schedules with Procurement. Standardised the EVM reporting template used across CPECC Sudan contracts.

EPC and oil & gas projects in Pakistan and Kuwait. Planning Engineer: Kuwait Cement 5,500 TPD and FCCL Cement 7,200 TPD. Project Engineer: 48 MW LPPTA Cogeneration Power Plant and MOL Manzalai Gas Facilities. Proposal Engineer: Zamzama Gas Plant Phase III. Shutdown Engineer: PARCO Mid-Country Refinery.
