- New customers acquisition, in order to develop new business opportunities, identify the target market and the marketing strategies to attract the new prospects; - Developing new relationships with SME customers, identifying areas of interest, cross-selling and direct sale of bank products and services for companies; - Initiating solutions "cross-selling" for existing customers, direct selling & Cross-sell credit cards / loans investment / overdraft / Assets products ;

- New customers acquisition, in order to develop new business opportunities, identify the target market and the marketing strategies to attract the new prospects; - Responsible for activities regarding sales, customer acquisition and customer retention; - Initiating solutions "cross-selling" for existing customers; - Maintaining and developing the client portfolio of the branch. - After selling services for SME customers, support their relationship with the bank, their product portfolio management

- Elaborate sales plan, objectives, budgets. - I communicate to the sale team the specific objective of the department. - I follow the scroll of the plans of act and the suggested campaigns. - I analyze and I transmit the periodic situations necessary to touch the established objective. - Maintain and organize the main activities in specific area .

- The presentation, the promotion and sale through telephone of the products and services to the clients; - Resolve the eventually problems appeared to customers (absence of the merchandise, return…) align with the other departments; - I follow the whole customer activities in relations with the company; - The development of the relation with the customer, the sale of the whole portfolio, the promotion of special offers;
