Develop and implement a comprehensive digital sales strategy that aligns with the bank’s overall business objectives and digital transformation goals. Responsible for customers acquisition and cross-sell E2E products through digital channels. Representing voice of customers / network branches within product and channel development. Align digital sales strategies with digital marketing efforts to ensure cohesive campaigns that drive both brand awareness and conversions.

Manage National Key Account portfolio, lead sales and develop a tailored strategy on this side. Deliver sustainable results and increase the bank’s market share on active customers. Build strong and long-lasting relationships within Key Account companies at all stages of the relationship (Board, employees). Coordinate a team of 6 Regional Sales Coordinators on this field. Link with the retail network of the bank. Handle contract negotiation of partnerships with Key Account companies (B2B, B2B2C sales).

Manage the payroll conventions portfolio and project on Bucharest area – B2B & B2B2C (existing and new conventions signed with companies). Coordinate 15-22 branches and teams of the region on this project. Increase the bank’s market share on active customers. Manage cross-sell rate on salary conventions portfolio. Link with the Board of the companies (Top Management, Financial and HR Department), link with Corporate Division, link with Retail Network.
