- Develop the strategy for the HR Department in line with the Organization's strategy - Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and other human resources programs based on organizational needs - Recommend and initiate salary, disciplinary, or other staffing/human resource-related actions in accordance with Group rules and policies - Interview personnel; recommend improvements and corrective actions to increase efficiency and improve productivity; consult with legal practitioners

- Ensure Payroll staff documents and payroll processing -Handle NSSF registration and termination procedures. -Issuing Tax report, NSSF -Handle all the medical and life insurance file -Handle employee’s termination documents -Employment contracts in compliance with company’s policies Creating a filing system for employees personal files and data -Help when it relates to any employee’s request or legal issue -Monitoring attendance, CV Database and recruitment process

Controlling the West African region : Togo, Nigeria, Senegal, Cote d’Ivoire, Gambia, Sierra Leone. Controlling the Gulf Area: Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait and Sultanate of Oman. Responsibilities: -Cost optimization studies and Benchmarking. -Elaboration of cost related statistics -Assist management in developing new operational cost saving procedures. -Audit agencies as per Head Office criteria and recover any amount resulting from an irregularity within the agency performance. -Controlling the contracts
