• Remain contacts to customers such as Conforama France, Inout TV Spain, negotiate the orders with customers, organize the meeting for product input and hit the schedule of delivery under instruction of sales director • Coordinate production schedule with the Czech factory and meet the requirement of the cooperation agreement • Coordinate the work between China and Czech Republic

• Set up annual sales goal and plan development strategy, assign job task to seven responsible managers who carry out the plan to hit the target • Adjust annual product line and check if all the new products at customer get listed and replace the old articles • Hold the weekly meeting with around sixty sales person from stores and train them how to introduce and sell the product to end consumers • Carry out sales promotion plan with HQ, plan and participate in promotion

• Hit the sales goal that is set by GM in the beginning of the year • Develop new customers and remain the contacts to existing customers, adjust the price strategy according to product life and the season • Update the product categories and make the plan for latest display samples at the stores of customer for sales • Work close to marketing department and participate in sales promotion at retail stores, so as to sell out the product
