Zhiyi Qin

I specialise in managing and expanding our presence globally, in particular in the APAC region. My role involves identifying growth opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and overseeing market entry strategies to ensure our innovative entertainment solutions reach new markets.

I served as a key player in both Marketing and Sales. In Marketing, I managed Chinese social media accounts on WeChat, Weibo and Youku. In Sales, I progressed from Sales Coordinator to Business Development Manager, where I identified leads, supported the Chinese Sales Team, led contract negotiations, and coordinated bids. I also maintained client relationships, ensured timely deliverables, and represented the company at global industry events.

I played a crucial role in procurement and supplier management. I assessed international customers´ purchasing needs, identified new suppliers in China, and developed strategic souring plans. I cultivated relationships with suppliers, analysing pricing, quality, MOQs, and delivery times to select optimal vendors and negotiate favourable contract terms. I managed purchase orders, expedited orders, and provided alternative solutions for production issues. Additionally, I coordinated with packaging designers.

This position was to assist GM's daily activities and manage the office.

This position is to ensure the health operation of the tenants of the commercial area.

This was a internship of college's last year, to provide customer service to the hotel guests, VIP guests and celebrities.
